Holmdel Kiwanis to Present Annual Golf Outing

The Holmdel Kiwanis Foundation will proudly host their 23rd Annual Dominick J. Luccarelli Golf Outing on Monday, July 9, 2018 at the Jumping Brook Country Club in Neptune, NJ. The event is a cherished, longstanding tradition for Kiwanis members and supporters, with proceeds going to benefit the numerous children’s charities that the volunteer organization assists throughout the year.

The Holmdel Kiwanis Golf Outing was first established more than 20 years ago and later named in memory of the late Dominick J. Luccarelli, a dedicated longtime member and a true believer in the Kiwanis Organization who never hesitated in giving to any of the many charities supported. He enjoyed the game of golf and believed that the Kiwanis Golf Outing could be an excellent way to raise funds for these charities. Over the years, the Holmdel Kiwanis Golf Outing has raised well over a half million dollars and donated the proceeds to worthy charities that include The Rainbow Foundation, Frances Foundation, Search Day Program, Bridges Program run by the Holmdel Community Church, Monmouth County Child Advocacy Program, Jason’s Dreams for Kids, Michael’s Feat, St. Ann’s Child Center, AIDS Research, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Holmdel Village School Pavilion, Project Paul, and many more.

On July 9, the day’s agenda will begin with registration from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and lunch at 12:00 p.m. There will be a shotgun start at 12:45 p.m. to kick off a fun afternoon of golfing. The cocktail reception begins at 5:30 p.m., followed by a delectable awards dinner starting at 6:30 p.m.

Golf participants will enjoy lunch, a polo shirt, 18 holes of golf, golf cart, cocktail reception, awards dinner banquet, live and silent auctions, and entries into hole and team contests. It will be a scramble format for the outing, with awards given for Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive. Golfers will also have the chance to win various hole-in-one prizes at different par holes throughout the day. Prizes include cars, trips, and a “pot of gold.”

Reservations for golfers, as well as various sponsorship opportunities, are now available to help make this another successful fundraiser. Pricing is as follows:

Event Sponsor – Donation of $5,000; includes the total cost for 12 golfers, name on event sponsorship banner, Hole Sponsor, accolades at the awards dinner, and sponsorship listed on the website

Dinner Sponsor – Donation of $3,500; includes the total cost for eight golfers, name announced at dinner, Hole Sponsorship, name on banner displayed at awards dinner, and name posted on website

Corporate Sponsor – Donation of $1,500; includes total cost for four golfers, hole sign, sponsorship mentioned at awards dinner, and name posted on website

Lunch Sponsor – Donation of $1,000; includes total cost for two golfers, name placed on lunch banner, accolades at awards dinner, and name posted on website

Cocktail Sponsor – Donation of $500; includes name displayed during cocktail hour, accolades at awards dinner, and sponsorship listed on website

Hole Flag Sponsor – Donation of $300; includes name displayed on a flag at a green

Tee Sponsor – Donation of $200; includes name listed on a sign at a tee

Patron Sponsor – Donation of $100; includes name listed on a sign at the golf outing

Individual Golfer – Donation of $275
